Webinars (“web seminars”) tend to be interactive one-session events. Most of our clients engage us to be their ongoing production team for series and programs, to make sure "the big one" goes smoothly, to assist with engagement and interaction, and to collate all the intelligence needed for meeting their program objectives.
"Virtual Events" is how we describe multi-session (even multi-day) events like tradeshows, employee onboarding, association conferences, etc. that require different technologies than typical webinars, have many moving parts that need to be coordinated, or require heavy staffing to go live to cover concurrent sessions.
Hybrid Events include attendees both online and onsite having very different experiences. V2 helps you navigate the complexities, prepare presenters, and create engagement for all attendees.
Livestreaming uses streaming (versus conferencing) technology to serve the largest audience sizes and highest production values (e.g., think 'television').
Simulated Live (sometimes “simulive”) events deliver a pre-recorded presentation at a specific date and time, usually to enable realtime interaction. At V2 we guide clients through a host of nuances in route to producing great videos and maximizing audience engagement.
